Do I have to order online?

 

We welcome orders by email. You can send your order list to van-77@foxmail.com

 

 

How do I change my order?

 

  • You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.

  • Please contact a customer service online chat or send email to van-77@foxmail.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order.

  • Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days.

  • The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-order.


 

What shipping do you use?

 

We ship offer free air shipping, and you can pay Express Shipping to let your package get faster.

 

May I ship to a post office box or private box address?

 

Yes, if you add PO Box shipping address we can only ship use China Post Or EMS.

 


Do you charge tax?

 

  • We do not charge tax for Non-EU countries when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery.


 

May I return an item?

 

Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.

 

 

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
